OBJECTIVE:

Now still working with M/s. Sante Pharmaceutical (Pvt.) Ltd. As a Asst. Manager warehouse
(Distribution) 2001 to till now.
Worked as a Trainee for six months as a Warehouse Officer from Feb 1986 to Aug.
1986 in M/s. OTSUKA PAKISTAN LIMITED after completion training period join.
as a Warehouse Assistant from Sep 1990 till Aug 1997 in M/s. Macter International (Pvt.) Ltd.
Worked as a Warehouse Officer from Aug 1997 till Sep 2001 in M/s. Ali Gohar
Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd.
Now I am working as an Assistant in M/s. Sante Pvt. Ltd. Since 2001.
HISTORY:
I started my career with M/s. OTSUKA PAKISTAN LIMITED and worked there in different
like Raw Material Store, Packing Material and Finished goods store. I have accepted the
challenging and assured the management to carry out the best of my ability.
That I joined MACTER international (Pvt.) Ltd., in Sep, 1990 as a Store Officer. There my
responsibility was to establish a warehouse that I think I accomplished successfully.
M/s. Ali Gohar Pharmaceuticals as a Warehouse Officer from 1997 to 2001. Now I am working
as an Assistant Manager in M/s. Sante Pvt. Ltd.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Regular communication with head office and procument for arrange the material of production
monthly planning.
Conducting periodical Warehouse audits.
Prepare the SOP for Warehouse incoming and outgoing material.
Effectively & timely stock availability from production for warehouse (Finished Goods)
despatch for sales.
Maintaining & issueing/receiving the inventory report to the planing department.
Operate the PEACH TREE SYSTEM for the packaging inventory against purchase orders.
Also Operate the another system SIM INVENTORY LIVE SYSTEM for finished goods
inventory.
Dispatch of finished good all over Pakistan and Export like Srilanka, Afghanistan, Vietnam.
Ensure the smooth flow of inventory and its over all managment., Ensure 100% stock accuracy.

2. Maintain the Finished goods of monthly report for the planing department and finance
department.
Running the SAP INVENTORY SYSTEM between five departments in which Warehouse
QC/QA department, Finance department, planing department.
Daily using the Email inbox for mailing purpose to current information given to each other.
EDUCATION:
Master Degree of Political Science in 1993 (Only Previous) from Karachi University.
Bachelor Degree of Economics in 1992 from University of Karachi.
HSC from Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Karachi.
Matric in Science from Karachi Secondary High School.

Successfully passed Computer Course (EDP and Basic) from P.T.C.I Karachi.
Know how of Computer Language like basic, d- Basic III+
