 Make sure products are properly batched and arranged in a safer manner.
 Reconcile Actual receipt with production department.
 Manage Forklift Operators to Stage product according to production date in the various warehouses (FIFO method).
 Receive sales orders from our client (GUINNESS GHANA LTD) for Dispatch.
 Process dispatch Document for loading.
 Allocating the right products and batches of product to be loaded.
 Inspection of loaded trucks to avoid wrong dispatch.
 Daily Stock takes to reconcile stock with system balance.
 Managing DHL’s Warehouse Management System (RED PRAIRIE) for receipt of goods and dispatches made for the

 Generating STO (Stock Transfer Operation) documents to move Stock to external warehouse.
 Regular housekeeping to keep the warehouse neat and safe.
