 Design and maintain a database that provides informative and relevant data to other
employees’ within the organization.
 I was in charge of keeping a company’s database available, secure and stable.
 I am constantly test the data that is coming from the database to ensure it is not
corrupted.
 I am constantly updates my skills to keep up ever-changing computer technologies.
 I integrate new products and software packages into the system, and seeing that the data
produced is accurate.
 I always train other employees in the organization on how to access a database and how
to make the best use of its contents.
 I implement a data warehouse with SQL Server
 I do perform ETL and Data Marts for the organization
 E Means to Extract data from each department and external on operational systems
 T Means to Transformation of the data to make it useful to the benefit of the
organization.
 L Means Loading the data and save it to the warehouse.
 Data Marts is to keep it simple for the user in the different department for usage, I don’t
mess with my data because small problem are easier to solve.
I use excel for 10 years to perform the flowing
 Data organization differs according to analysis and making it to reorganize data in
many ways and do many different analyses, like
o Descriptive Statistics, Correlations, Two-Sample T-test, Paired t-test ,
Crosstabulation and Chi-Squared Test of Independence, Simple Frequencies,
Linear Regression, Analysis of Variance, One-way ANOVA, Two-Factor ANOVA
Without Replication, Two-Factor ANOVA with Replicates, which I can easily do
with R, Python and Weka Programme.
Excel and Access, better together, this is what I use it for in 10 year
o Copying an Excel worksheet to an Access datasheet
o Sharing data by linking to an Excel worksheet from Access
o Moving data by importing Excel data into Access
o Connecting to Access data from Excel
o Using Access reports with Excel data
o Using Access forms with Excel data
o Filtering, sorting, and querying in Access is so like Excel
o Collecting data for Excel analysis by using Access
o Doing a Mail Merge or creating labels
o Combining Excel and Access with SharePoint technologies
o Design forms, report, query, tables in database, macros, modules in Access which I
can easily do with MySQL and Oracle g10 or g11
I use VBA program to format and print month-end sales report in Dell Computer for 4 year. I
can use it to execute the macro with a single command, causing Excel to automatically perform
many time-consuming procedures.
