 Coordination with business controllers for pre and post calculations in SAP regarding project costing and variance
analysis
 Excess and obsolete - review, planning and control - monthly

proactive material planning.
 Maintain demand table in SCM APO for demand planning according to past sales and future firm orders
 Material master creation and extension in plant level
 Define material master plant setting (Make/Buy etc.) with product lifecycle management and ensure SCM data
governance in his location
Supply chain:
 Responsible for converting planned order to purchase requisition and purchase requisition to purchase order
 Handling intercompany transactions – Stock transfer orders within the group
 Generating daily report of open purchase requisitions and circulate to the concern buyer
 Frequently follow with suppliers for on time material availability with good quality
 Co coordinating with store and finance department for material inward to supplier payment
 Familiar with shipping terms agreed between supply management and suppliers
 Weekly meeting with vendor development team to addressed supplier related issues
 Knowledge of sub-contracting process through SAP
Material planning & Inventory control:
 Ensure all material masters required for running MRP are maintained properly
 Clear MRP exceptions on a daily basis
 Coordinate with stakeholders for schedule changes, in case of major production planning change within the planning
cycle
 Check the validity of the manual schedule change requests from PMC managers and forward the proposal to the Head -
Supply chain for approval
 Check localization plan and make schedule changes manually in alignment with change implementation team
 Oversee the coordination of materials planning that meets production requirements, while maximizing complexities and
minimizing inventory levels and waste
 Proactively identify and develop strategic concepts for material management and Inventory control process for future
model and variant complexities.
