Roles and Responsibilities as SAP OTC /SD lead.
• Responsible in communicating extensively with onshore resources and client team to ensure that
all the business requirements will be able to attain at the end of the implementation project.
• Performed the analysis and data gathering of the business requirements especially for Rebates,
Pricing, and Upload programs (Pricing, Rebates, and Sales Order).
• Performed the translation of the business requirements in to a Configuration Design and
Functional/RICEFW Design and have it signed-off by the business.
• Performed peer review on the configuration and functional/RICEFW design created by other SAP
OTC/SD team members and ensure that everything was properly documented and the most

to ensure that all the OTC dependencies with other streams are fully covered and documented
during the said phase.

ensure that every test scenario indicated on the test scripts were covered and tested correctly.
• Supported the business users during UAT and helped them resolved any issues encountered during
the testing.
• Acted as SAP OTC/SD Test Management Lead who managed and assigned the OTC test scripts to
other SAP OTC/SD members and ensure that testing were completed and executed properly as per
the timeline. Coordinates with Test Management Lead from other process stream to ensure that
test scripts with integration on their process areas were tested and executed properly.
• Acted as Incident/Defect Management Lead who managed and assigned the OTC defects
(encountered during integration testing and UAT) to other SAP OTC/SD members and ensure that
analysis and resolution were completed ahead of its SLA. Coordinates with Incident/Defect
Management Lead from other process stream to ensure that defects with integration on their
process areas were analyzed and resolved ahead of its SLA.
• Managed and reviews the deployment of each OTC related transport prior movement to other
enviroment.
• Supported the data team in validating data during pre and post mock load in each enviroment.

Served as a OTC (SD) offshore lead that implements SAP for a company based in Netherlands that is leading
in global paints, performance coatings, and a major producer of specialty chemicals. This company has
also been operating in more that 80 countries worldwide.
Roles and Responsibilities as OTC (SD) offshore Team Lead:
• Led the effort to design, build and configure applications acting as primary point of contact for OTC
offshore team in implementing SAP solution for 2 business unit of the client within EMEA, APAC,
North America and South America.
• Responsible in communicating extensively with onshore resources to ensure that all the business
requirements will be able to attain at the end of the implementation project.
• Performed the analysis and data gathering of the business requirements.
• Performed the estimation based on the results of the gathered data and analysis of the
requirements.
• Performed in translation of the business requirements in to a Configuration Design or Functional
Design and have it signed-off by the business.

Was assigned at client site at Arnhem, Netherlands to assume the following roles and responsibilities.
• Performed client facing role/business analyst to work closely with the Internal client IT team,
Business representatives, and Accenture onshore counterpart during the design and build phase of
the project.
• Performed requirement gathering and analysis by means of direct interaction to the Internal client
IT team, Business Representative, and Business users.
• Performed the translation of these requirements into a Configuration Design or Functional Design
and have it signed-off by the business.
• Performed or assigned the signed-off configuration design to offshore OTC functional team
members and Functional design to the technical team.

VALE SAP Application Development – IS-Mining (June 2012 – August 2014)
Served as a OTC/SD Functional Analyst doing Application Development types of work for a client known as
second largest mining company in the world and one of the largest logistics operators in Brazil.
Roles and Resposibilities as Functional Analyst:
• Responsible in handling problem tickets and enhancement tickets (change request).
• Responsible in understanding specific business needs by means of data gathering.
• Responsible in analyzing, determining, estimating and documenting functional requirements
provided by the business.
• Responsible in conducting impact analysis on the business requirements.
• Responsible in providing detailed definitions on how the applications will support business
requirements via creation of high level and detailed functional designs.
• Responsible in coordinating with the business in terms of the approval of the following functional
designs.
• Responsible in implementing the needed configuration based on what was documented on the
functional design.
• Responsible in coordinating with the technical team in case that the needed solution is related to
code change.
• Responsible in performing unit and system testing after implementation of the expected change.
• Responsible in assisting user during UAT (User Acceptance Test).
• Responsible in coordinating the migration and transport of the change implemented to the next
SAP environment(s) as defined in the project's SAP System Landscape.

Workflows).
• Enhancements related to Interface (e.g Delivery Interface that sends information from SAP to

that sends information from SAP to Legacy System).
• Enhancements related to Extension/Enhancement (e.g Creation of new credit control area,
Creation of new routine for pricing, Nota Fiscal Process (Brazil Taxation)).
• Enhancements related to Workflows (e.g Workflow for Sales Order with SAP HR and Workflow for
Sales Contract with SAP HR).
• Enhancements related to Forms (e.g Nota Fiscal form (DANFE)).

Coordinates with Test Management Lead from other process stream to ensure that test scripts with integration on their process areas were tested and executed properly. • Acted as Incident/Defect Management Lead who managed and assigned the OTC defects (encountered during integration testing and UAT) to other SAP OTC/SD members and ensure that analysis and resolution were completed ahead of its SLA. SI – Akzo Nobel Chemicals ERP Roadmap – Emerge – IS-Chemicals (September 2014 – January 2016) Served as a OTC (SD) offshore lead that implements SAP for a company based in Netherlands that is leading in global paints, performance coatings, and a major producer of specialty chemicals. This company has also been operating in more that 80 countries worldwide. Was assigned at client site at Arnhem, Netherlands to assume the following roles and responsibilities. • Performed client facing role/business analyst to work closely with the Internal client IT team, Business representatives, and Accenture onshore counterpart during the design and build phase of the project. • Performed requirement gathering and analysis by means of direct interaction to the Internal client IT team, Business Representative, and Business users. • Performed the translation of these requirements into a Configuration Design or Functional Design and have it signed-off by the business. • Performed or assigned the signed-off configuration design to offshore OTC functional team members and Functional design to the technical team. • Served as a middle man/liason on other process streams (PTP, Finance, ABAP, Manufacturing, PM, etc) to have a quick turn around on any issues, clarifications, or help needed for both offshore and onshore team. VALE SAP Application Development – IS-Mining (June 2012 – August 2014) Served as a OTC/SD Functional Analyst doing Application Development types of work for a client known as second largest mining company in the world and one of the largest logistics operators in Brazil. Roles and Resposibilities as Functional Analyst: • Responsible in handling problem tickets and enhancement tickets (change request). • Responsible in understanding specific business needs by means of data gathering. • Responsible in analyzing, determining, estimating and documenting functional requirements provided by the business. • Responsible in conducting impact analysis on the business requirements. • Responsible in providing detailed definitions on how the applications will support business requirements via creation of high level and detailed functional designs. • Responsible in coordinating with the business in terms of the approval of the following functional designs.
