 Assisting in e-filings of ROC form viz; forms-23AC, 23ACA, 20B 8,2,5,32 etc.
 Assisting in Preparation of Notice of Annual General Meeting, Directors Report
and coordinating with other departments for collecting of information in this
regard
 Assisting for Application for Trademarks of Seeds viz; Registration, Renewal and
other correspondence / legal cases pertaining to Trademarks of Seed Company
and maintenance of the files
 Looking after orderly filing of secretarial records of all Group Companies
 Assisting in drafting of legal and other agreements
 Participated in demerger process of the Company and was liaising with Legal
counsel i.e S.RAVI ADVOCATES for various correspondence.
2) Secunderabad Club
Designation: Personal Assistant to Asst. Secretary(Admn)
Duration : From 1998 to 2007
 I am responsible to issuing monthly /quarterly boards proceedings for all
the Club items and report will be submitted to the Secretary for his
approval.
 I am also reported to President / Vice President for doing the essential
Secretarial correspondence works viz; issuing the tickets for functions and
reconcile the same & detailing the staff for hosting special functions &
Annual General Elections which is to be held every year as per schedule.
 Responsible to maintain all correspondence files viz; Annual Maintenance
Contract Agreements, Insurances, Duty rosters for staff, preparing notices for
defaulting Members for all categories for arranging payments by the
stipulated period .
 Attending the monthly Sub Committee Meetings viz; Purchase, Library,
Finance & Works and prepare draft , action taken report to the various
Chairman for his approval.
3) Present organization: Sai Wardha Power Limited
Designation: Executive Secretaryto General Manager
Duration: From 19th
September, 2011 to till now
 Assisting to the Electrical Head for the works relating to all the Secretarial and
Electrical works which are assigned to me. I am also assisting to 12 Members
of Electrical (Proposal) department of Wardha Power Company Limited.
 Maintaining and operating of Oracle software applications viz; documentation
entry (Inward & Outward), Travel booking and also conference hall booking for
various meetings, Bank Guarantees entry into agreement module and kept
safe folders etc., leaves entry, LTA, and Medical bills reimbursement entries,
entry of PRRs i.e. Vendor bills / Invoices

 Conducting research, collecting and analyzing data (through internet/phone calls) to
prepare reports and documents
 Preparing reports/documents/presentations on different projects.
 Communicating with clients via email, phone and chat.
 Coordination with vendors and general admin work.

 Prepare and issue of PO/WO/LOA/LOIetc. to the concerned parties
