I am a friendly, loyal and clearly dedicated individual who has an ambition to succeed in any given
environment. I love to learn, and am always up to a challenge whatever the situation. I get along well with
others and also work efficiently on my own. I am seeking a position where I can develop and excel while

Work Experience______________________________________________________________
Time Administrator (July-2015- Present)
SCDMH/Division ofInpatient Services/Central Timekeeping Services
Performs timekeeping functions for the Division of Inpatient Services facilities. Responsible for the
accurate input of timekeeping information into the SCEIS on-line program. Enter schedules and make
substitutions to work schedules; recording working times to include application of SPD, Weekend
Differential, On-Call/Call-Back, CND hours, and Dual Employment. Report incorrect work schedule
rules and or missing codes to appropriate contacts. Receive work schedules and set up payroll records
accordingly at the beginning of each new pay period. Collect all leave slips, documentation and
information from the Nurse Managers, Human Resources and other department administrators. Provide
bi-monthly work assessment reports to Timekeeping Management. Participate bi-weekly in peer reviews
conducted by Timekeeping supervisors to identify and correct discrepancies/deficiencies.
Administrative Assistant (Dec-2012- July-2015)

Performs a variety of complex administrative support and technical support duties in the management
of the administrative activities for the Director of Physical Plant Services and his technical staff. Main-
tain construction project files. Prepares, coordinates and processes a variety of documents in support of
permanent improvement projects, architect/engineer contracts, and construction contracts. Perform time
