Work History:
I’m started working in Fujairah Rotana Resort and Spa as a waiter taking care of my guest
needs and their queries…making they stay memorable experience…and I transfer in Centro Rotana
Yas Island as a captain handling the all-day-dining ,the shop ,and the bar and the banquet ,but most
of the time I handling the all-day-dining…and in present I’m working as a same position in Centro al
Manhal ,handling guest needs, guest complaint ,meeting people to tell more about our hotel ,in my
well experience I learn how to manage people in different nationalities giving them task and
responsibilities ,allocating them in their part. I ‘m attending the on the job training, managing
employee development most of the time I teach them the standard as well to serve the guest with
