Incredible – I started to manager more than 80 trucks for tw o sites. Iam a Planner I used to manage tw o BMA
sites – Saraji and Blackw ater. Finally I tutored a planner and then sent a few trucks fromBlackw ater. Ialso gave
Water Trucks and Service trucks fromSaraji to another planner. Blackw ater 797F, 777F, 793C, 776D, 785C,
Saraji 793C,D,& F, 773D, 770F, 775D, 785D, 789C, 797B, 785D & 777D.
My notifications w ere greaterthan 100 per day. I created w orkorders, Iordered material numbers, technicians,
and equipment, using an Integrated Schedule, added these for future weeks, Ialso ordered materials from other
sites, ordered parts fromthe OEM. Reliability I changed a few notifications themfromplanning to urgent, since all
oils, coolant, etc. have documents attached. I changed the documents added them to the w orkorder to print
them.
Can have problems, so sent the issue to the Supervisor. I sent issues to A&I to change plans, tasklist, etc. plans
are duplicated, task lists are incorrect, etc. For each w eek, Supervisor, A&I, planners, Tire Manager, Supervisors,
etc to audit, move some, etc..
