• Checking the complement documents from members of social health
insurance, make suring claim health outpatient intermediate service into
Persahabatan Hospital.
• Giving assistance to personels in hospital comprehensive admission service
(PPATRS) at Persahabatan Hospital ingiving informations and complaint
handling that PT. Askes(Persero) coverage to its members: social members,
volunteers and poors.
• Giving assistance to “PPATRS” personels into officially and guarantee letters
verification for outpatients,special medicines,drugs for Askes members.
• Giving assistant in personal emergency claim verification for inpatient
intermediate (hospitality).
• Admission and data process: lettering concept with business patner
(PPK,member,institution).
• Giving assistance in registration new members for social health insurance and
volunteers member.
II. Working Experience:
1. Administration Finance Staff National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP),
September 2011- June 2015
• carry out the financial administration of the operations of the work unit
• support the project implementation of the work unit
2. Underwriter PT. Prudential Life Assurance, August 2007 – December 31 th

The responsibilities are:
• Evaluate the risk and exposures of potential clients to protect the company is
book of business from risks that feel will make a loss.
• Offer cover on standard terms, impose additional conditions or charges
exclude a part of the risk(for example; in the case of some pre-existing
medical conditions).
• Re- insure a portion of the risk with another insurer, studying various
insurance proposals.
• Liaising with specialists,such as surveyors or doctors, for risk assessment.
Gathering information and various types of reports(e.g. medical records) from
specialists.
• Underwriting involves measuring risk exposure and determining the premium
that needs to be charged to insure that risk.

• Call the client to promote and sale the product.
• Make a good relationship (especially with the head of Human Resource) to
give them a promotion so that they would like to make a job vacancy
