At present working in ACTION CANCER HOSPITAL (NABH
Approved)(unit of SRI BALAJI ACTION MEDICAL
INSTITUTE) as a Front Desk Executive and also doing Admin
work from October 2012 to Till Now.
• Handling OPD & IPD Patients and their Registration & Admission and
Reception area.
• Arrange and Co-ordinate Tumor Board meetings.
• Handling all office communication independently.
• Computer Savvy can handle all work-load independently (receiving &
sending e-mails, preparing documents) etc.
• Handling inbound queries of clients.
• Making Discharge summaries & maintaining patient files on daily basis.
• Keeping records of all patients admission / discharge.
• Receiving feedbacks from all patients to be discharged and forwarding it to
concerned department .
• Sending back files to MRD on daily basis.
• Arranging files according to checklist.
• Maintaining Reports as well on daily basis.
