Closely monitor the safety of the restaurants in the cluster guests and staff through execution of
food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines

Have a good working knowledge of all equipment and efficiently takes care of preventative
maintenance
Analyzing guest complaints using tools to identify the root cause thereby arriving at the ideal
solutions
Providing guidance and directions to the Restaurant Managers and subordinates, including setting
