 Responsibility of security design, disseminate and ensure implementation of
enterprise level security procedures SOP’s at all facilities.
 Competenciesinensuringrobustmeasureswithinsite security,including access
control management,vehicle management,material management,surveillance
& cctv, alarmingsystem, securitydesign,crime prevention,emergencyresponse
& crisis management and ensuring security inspection criteria are met.
 Proven track record of exercising due diligence in selection of security service
providers and security hardware and software vendors and incorporate
stringentenforceable qualityrequirementsandservice standards in the Service
Level Agreements (SLAs).
 Conduct quarterly meetings with the security service provider(s) to review
performance of security personnel, benefits, EOBI, social security.

 Establish a physical Security Risk Assessment & Management - SRAM & Threat

 Security & Safety training & awareness sessions LMS for security staff,

 Conduct security audits (internal/external) to test / validate ‘sufficiency’ and
‘effectiveness’ of existing controls (people, processes and technology) to
