   Managed the organization activity and became the reference company in Italy for gaming solutions and
   Fortune on Top 500 around end of 1980s.
   Delivered Sisal project on time and before customer expectations, directed team to pass though
   company restructuration without affecting team focus and targets.
   Defined and maintained the training mechanism which delivered and connected 18000 terminals in
   less than 4 months across the country.
   Initiatively founded TeSeO to aid SNAI Group to move from 270 retails to 1100 which in turn provided
   services to 6.500 retails in the market.
   Provided VAS services to the Port of Leghorn District, which includes more than 450 different
   companies working on more than 28 different activities involved in naval shipping and port logistics.
   Led the company start-up, defining the IT platform, defining the VAS offering and identifying the
   investments required to realize it.
   Returned Sportingbet Italia to black figures and expand land-based affiliates network (15%) in 6
   months
