Key Achievements
Due to my previous experience in the same role, I was confident that I could offer my new
employers a level of service which justified their decision to employ me. The work is much more
intense than I had previously experienced and the kitchen brigade is much larger than previous.
This intensity and being a member of a lager overall team makes the roll much more demanding
and I feel I have managed to establish myself as a trusted and capable person who is keen to learn
new tasks and to expose myself to new challenges within this demanding environment.
In recognition of my work, my immediate manager has asked if I had considered a career within the
catering industry with training provided by the Marriott Group.
