The Flinders student hub is being developed to create a collaborative student learning environment. The
Student hub is currently being developed within live campus adjacent a working library. Due to location and
nature of the project much time is offered to stakeholder management. The student Hub mainly consisted of
large open plan learning / interactive spaces with extensive external landscaping works.
• Overall programme management and execution of design requirements
• Responsible for internal fit-out contractors and external landscaping contractors
• Implementation of the SSP and OHSP
• Management and coordination of Fire Life systems to commercial and retail units
• Control of labor recourses
• Coordination of service infrastructure for development
• Commissioning of all utility services, data & communication and lifts
• Communication with local authorities, insurers, stakeholders
• Management of site foreman and finishing foreman
MAY 13 – OCT 14 SITE MANAGER Lend Lease - Tonsley Infrastructure
South Australia, Adelaide Uni
The Tonsley infrastructure project consisted of two major elements, Main assemble building roof
replacement and Infrastructure / Civil upgrade. Demo of existing Mitshibishi asbestos roof and installation
of new roof 50000m2 with largest siphonic system installed for the year of 2014, total value $10 million.
The infrastructure component consisted of new sub-stations, switch rooms, generator rooms, roads and new
storm water infrastructure. The project also required all base building services within the MAB for future
tenancy fit outs
• Overall programme management and execution of design requirements
• Coordinated all design workshops
• Responsible for internal fit-out contractors and external landscaping contractors
• Implementation of the SSP and OHSP
• Control of labor recourses

DEC 11 – APRIL 13 SITE MANAGER Baulderstone - Braggs building
South Australia, Adelaide Uni
Braggs building was located in the middle of an operational university requiring detailed planning with
regards to logistics and stakeholder management. The Braggs building houses the Institute for Photonics and
Advanced sensing (IPAS) which will allow researchers and students to develop revolutionary fibre optic
technologies utilising some of the most sophisticated laboratories in the world.
• Overall programme management and execution of design requirements
• Responsible for internal fit-out contractors and external landscaping contractors
• Implementation of the SSP and OHSP
• Management and coordination of Fire Life systems to commercial and retail units
• Control of labor recourses
• Coordination of service infrastructure for development

• Responsible for Office fit out on all floors / level 13 (Roof deck / pool / spa and gym) and ground floor
lobby.
• Implementation of site health and safety plan, logistics strategy, lifting plan and evacuation strategy.

New development build consisting of four, 13 storey buildings. 166 luxury apartments, 80 social apartments,
220 roomed hotel and commercial block surrounding a central piazza with underground parking for 150
vehicles. The development includes conference centre, leisure facility and retail units.
Contract value: £50 million
Berkeley Homes Principle contractor
• Responsible for private residential and commercial blocks.
• Implementation of site health and safety plan, logistics strategy, lifting plan and evacuation strategy.
• Programming management and execution of project design and construction.
• Coordination and management of structural, façade and fit-out trade contractors.

Teddington:
The project consisted of demolition to existing buildings, construction of 5 double storey traditional build
houses. Underpinning of Victorian building to allow for construction of commercial unit below ground level
and 3 storey RC frame above for the development of 20 flats.

• Day-to-day running of the site with the supervision of a general foreman and a quantity surveyor
• Follow the job through to completion of the RC frame to the flats and wall plate of the houses.

penthouse apartments. The developments also boasted 3 floors of commercial and retail space. Interesting

aspect of the development was that all 156 bathrooms for the development were fabricated off site and
craned into position.

Responsible for completion and handover of 16, 4 storey, 5 bed affordable homes to the local authority.
Within the local authority the homes were divided between 3 different housing associations

St George Wharf:
New build project of 750 apartments and penthouses, offices, a hotel, retail units, health centre, riverside
walk, MI6 Tunnel and Thames pier.

Winners of: St George Safety Award, NHBC Regional Quality Award
• General responsibilities included attention to Health and Safety, programme performance, site
presentation and exceptional quality.
• All aspects including 1st
, 2nd
and Final Fix; mechanical, public health and electrical, including snagging
and completion sign-off. Supervision and programming of ancillary M&E works, including basement,
communal areas, fire prevention strategy and co-ordination with the Statutory Authorities and Local
Building Control.
• Co-ordination between contractors and design consultants with respect to all design and technical queries
• Study of architects and engineers’ design w.r.t. site build ability, ensuring alterations incorporated prior to
commencement and during early construction phases.
• Co-ordination and comment on both sequence and bulk services programming.
• Co-ordination with the Statutory Authorities and Local Building Control.
• Responsible for plots from tape and joint to physical completion sign-off, whilst ensuring quality
standards were adhered to.
• Co-ordinated fit out of £1.1 million show apartment. Included liaison with interior designers, audio-visual
