My name is Curtis Shields. Presently, I am employed with Bank LEUMI, USA as a Banking
Officer – Customer Service Associate for the past nine years.
Throughout my nine years at LEUMI, I have advanced with proven customer service
communications and sales, analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Possessing the ability
to manage multiple and changing priorities with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality. Also,
working effectively on a team and with business partners and colleagues throughout the
organization.
Due to unfortunate reorganization, my position with LEUMI will be eliminated in the 4th
quarter. Knowing this, I am seeking employment in a growth-filled and expanding banking
and/or financial institution where I can share my knowledge, continue to learn and advance

Overview:
Experienced Banking Associate with ten years’ experience, providing quality customer service,
managing processes associated with client transactions and inquiries, including but not limited to; cash
payments instructions, security transactions, specializing in portfolio maintenance, general account
modifications and daily administrative tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
Bank LEUMI, USA – (May 2007 to Present):
Banking Officer – Customer Service Associate (2011 to Present)
• Act and respond to private banking customer instructions, inquiries and problems.
Additionally, facilitating the processing of transactions in a timely and accurate manner to help
maintain client relationships.
• Monitor client’s daily transaction activity to ensure alignment with expected activity.
• Inform Banking team of potential issues, possible fraud or unexpected activity that is not in line
with the customer’s standard instructions.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on account cash balances, overdrafts, significant balances, currency
transactions and ensure the proper disclaimers are attached.
• Ensure activities comply with pertinent internal policies and external regulations.
• Communication with officers and other business partners involved in the maintenance of
internal control standards and the development of related procedural guidance.
• Serve as main point of contact to resolve account opening related service inquiries.
• Train new staff on banking system, customer service policies and procedures
Administrative Banking Associate (2007 – 2011)
• Prepare appropriate documentation for transaction execution and coordinate process flow by
partnering with internal business units.
• Accompany Private Bankers on customer calls and provide information regarding service,
operations, products, and technology platforms.
• Assisted the relationship managers with handling the daily request of customers in their
portfolios.
• Routed customers’ inquiries to designated department daily.
• Processed and mailed out banking distribution correspondences.
