Graphical User Interface (GUI) based systems are flourishing their popularity in the industrial area in present days. If it is possible to integrate the GUI based systems with a Global System for Mobile (GSM) modem for controlling and monitoring, it will be magnificently acceptable communication system. In this paper a method is presented on a distant machine and motor control system monitoring and controlling, using a GSM modem and GUI. PIC microcontroller is used to bridge and synchronize the operation of GUI and GSM systems.
This is density based traffic light control system using Programmable logic controller(PLC). Then side which have more vehicles(density) will be getting on first. This process will take place according to number of vehicles.
In the present study, innovative idea of touchpad controlled vehicle and its real life implication is
described. Generally in such system touchpad is interfaced with ADC [0808/MCP 3208] which gives the coordinates
of the points touch by the user on touchpad. But in this research work Programmable
Intercombination Circuit (PIC) [18F4550/18C4550] is used purposefully instead of ADC as input signal were
in analog which required converting into digital signal. PIC can be used to interface touchpad and also perform
serial port programming far better than ADC. PIC gives output to 8051 microcontroller which uses keil
software program in C for input and output programming. Test drive was done to crosscheck the performance
of touchpad as well as vehicle and it was observed that car was running at corresponding given location
directed by touchpad at al instants.

A conventional traffic light control system is designed by using devices such as timers, relays and
contactors etc. The critical timing operation is required to be carried out under the existence of heavy
traffic situations. This conventional practice leads to many problems that need additional maintenance
cost and subsequent delay for a long time. With the help of a PLC, the requirement of fast automation
and effective optimization of traffic light control system can be achieved. Use of PLC helps us to
develop this process not only for traffic signal on the roads, but also on the movement of trains and
the transfer of containers in ports in maritime works. In order to provide a solution to the above
problem, this paper introduces an execution and implementation of T-junction traffic control system

In this research, we will introduce implementation requirements of a remote wireless control and monitoring unit of industrial production lines automatically controlled using programmable logic controller (PLC). PLC is capable of collecting different types of data and converting them into electrical signals that can be controlled by the industrial network using supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. SCADA will be installed in the main server inside the control unit. The PLC will be used as a decision maker of the received signals for the industrial lines that comes from a group of detectors (sensors/transducers). The output of the PLC processor will trigger the engines, according to a specific industrial process management program. The processed data could be transferred through wireless or wired method. The wireless approach will be shown in this study, along with two other ways to implement it.
