Summary: 47 years of experience in Mechanical Construction (EPC), Mechanical
Maintenance, Commissioning & Process Plant Operation of onshore gas and oil
facilities (Gas Boosters Stations/ Gathering Centers & Oil Refineries of Cracking
plants and Utility Units, Gas Treating Plants and Sulphur Recovery Units)
July 2015– Present: Special Projects Manager – GOFSCO for Engineering, Procurement &
Construction
Constructed & Commissioned UMM NIQA Long Term Well Testing Facility at
North Kuwait, with a capacity of 10000 BBL per day.
Coordination of Crude receiving from UMM NIQA Wells and dispatching to KOC
EPF 50 through Heavy OIL facility.
In-charge of EPF 50 Case 210 Upgrading Project of GOFSCO for Integrity Work of
EPF 50 North Kuwait by adding New Separators and Stabilizer Column along with
Pre-heating Systems. Successfully oversaw Shutdown phase through successful
Construction and Commissioning of EPF 50 Integrity.
Currently In-charge of EPF 50 Case 210 Upgrading Project of GOFSCO for Integrity

Coordination and Overseeing Contractual agreements for various related Scope of
Works with Local and International Companies to support KOC EPF, Production

Details of Experience
Within KNPC Refineries 26 years of Oil Refining experience at Mina Shuaiba Refinery at the capacity
of 195000 barrels oil cracking and unifining which operational and
mechanical maintenance works been established satisfactory at different
units of distillations, unifining, manufacturing and cracking facilities under
high pressure, high temperature techniques worked at the following units –
- O1, O9, 14, 17, 61, O4 & 74 – Gas treating.
- O6 Crude distillation
- O2 & 62 Hydrogen Manufacture.
- 20, 21, 22, 64 & 19 Steam boilers & utilities
- O8 & 68 Iso-crackers
- O7 & 63 H-Oil
Refinery Departments:

 Having different aspect of technical administrative
personnel, TDC-3000, computer and safety courses inside
and outside Kuwait.

convent refinery in Louisiana, USA.
