RESPONSBILITIES:- Maintaining equipment history and performance trends for better analysis & reduction of machine Non-Operation Time. Analysis of repetitive troubles, planning & execution for their appropriate countermeasure(MTBF) Make Plan for preventive maintenance (P.M) , • Find out the abnormality through day by day inspection of machinery equipments by walkthrough. • List out the jobs. • Allocate the job and check their execution in proper time. • Start the machine on time and check the accuracy of machine after P.M. Planning of shutdown, predictive maintenance and list up the major work and their execution. Ensuring accuracy and repeatability of important equipments parts related to manufacturing process. Measurement and control work includes selection of important equipments, purchase of equipments, receiving inspection of equipments, setting and control of equipments, identification of equipments, use and inspection of equipments’ Development of Vendors & Suppliers for achieving material quality, cost & delivery. Maintain the software backup of the machinery parts e.g.(plc backup, touch panel, Drives)
- 2. In theshift recover machine from no operation time, man power handling and coordinate with other department.(Production ,QA,TED) . SPECILIZATION:- Having good knowledge about basic Electrical parts like Relay, Contactors, Motors, Sensors, wiring etc. Good hand on experience of Hitachi, Allen Bradley SLC & PLC, Mitsubishi PLC, yokogawa PLC, Panel Builder, Designed many systems & made their Ladder Software’s on the above software’s. Having good programming practice in Hitachi PLC, Yokogawa PLC, Allen Bradley PLC, and Mitsubishi PLC. Haves good knowledge about the Inter PLC networking & data transfer process through networking.(Mitsubishi) Instrumentation & Calibration of equipments like Thermocouple, RTD, Temperature Controller, Pressure gauges, controller ,etc Familiar with leading brands of AC/DC & servo drives (Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, yaskawa) From Range: - 0.4 KW to 1500KW capacity.
