 The unit handles all financial transactions of Franklin Templeton’s domestic fund
operations.
 Process and verification of US Shareholder accounts to ensure accurate coding;
appropriate processing of Payments and Compliance requirements are met.
 Drafts: Reconciliation of checks submitted to the company on daily basis. Ensure
all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with the service
standards.
 Assisted with escalated issues or inquiries from various departments within the

 Investigate accounts to identify compliance issues and document resolution
