Wireless Energy Meter Reading and Automatic Termination
In this project we can send energy meter reading through GSM to electricity board
automatically. For that we have used microcontroller ATmega32.The microcontroller receives
pulses from electricity meter through the optocoupler, and it takes the data from the energy
meter and performs the necessary control operations, like breaking the circuit through the
relay control unit. Relay is used for automatic termination. For energy meter IC ADE7752A is
used and opto-couplerMCT2E is used to isolate Microcontroller from the Electricity meter.
