JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical
documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
 Managing day-to-day routine in order to office work requirements, including draft or letters,
Memos, Fax letters & office activities.
 Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up
to date.
 Maintain documentation for projects under taken by Contracting Division making in use the
project numbering system for easy traceability and proper filing (soft and hard copy).
 Generate the various document control reports as required.
 Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs.
 Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the
appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
 Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
 Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe. Custody
without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
 Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer for maintaining quality documentation so called, Document
Register, Material Register & Drawing Register.
SKILLS
 Effective Value Admin & Documentation.
 Experience with Quality System Documentation and good documentation practices.
 Being able to work with one or more teams.
 Good knowledge of Enterprise Payroll Human Resource
 Team Oriented
 Good managing skill
 Being flexible and proactive.
