House – a 16-bed, long-term, addiction inpatient facility for young men ages 18-
21. Supervised three addiction counselors and ten counselor aides who
performed daily clinical and administrative tasks. Ensured that residents were
provided with a safe, therapeutic environment with a focus on addiction recovery
as well as the management of mental health issues. Provided direct service
regarding addiction and mental health when necessary. Administered house in
