 Facilitated The CARE Team -The Community Asset & Resource Engagement Team. This
is a multi-agency collaboration, which takes community services into a different neighborhood
each month.
• Facilitated planning meetings with staff from various community agencies: United Way,
YWCA, Food for Thought, Jobs & Family Services, Area Office of the Aging, AIDS,
Resource Center, The SOURCE and Neighborhood Health Associations
• Secured location, handled logistics, and assisted in the promotion of the event
