March 2014-Present Roman Baths
Visitor Service Assistant- Ensuring all visitors to the Roam baths have the best visit
possible. Welcoming visitor’s in a friendly and courteous way. Providing a safe and
secure environment for all visitors from around the world and those with a wide range
of physical and mental disabilities.
September 2013- March 2014 Roman Baths
Heritage Apprentice- This role required me working in three different departments of a
leading visitor attraction. Working Front of house on the operations team and in the gift
shop, this gave great insight into the running of a leading visitor attraction that exceeds
1,000,000 visitor’s a year.
December 2012 – Jan 2013-Royal Mail Sorting Office
2. Sorting clerk–in this role duty’s included sorting and dispatching of post on time in a busy
and time pressured environment. Whilst in this role I was extremely punctual despite
the difficult commute.
Sep 2012- (1week)-Connexion’s
Retail Assistant -Working closely as a team in casual mail shot for City of Bristol College.
The task job given was to dispatch 7000 letters sending to prospective students, filling
them with prospectuses addressing them and franking them.
Nov 2010-Jun 2012-Tiger Tiger, Cardiff
Commis Chef, Barman-Gaining an award for Promotional Work, I was employed as a chef
making starters and deserts in a fast paced environment and I also had responsibility for
closing the kitchen at the end of service. Working in the bar during student nights
required the ability to work accurately under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of
customer satisfaction.
Feb2013-May2013-Princes trust 12-week team course
Princes trust 12-week course, this was a voluntary course which included a week team
building residential and two community projects. Also gaining work experience stewarding
at Bristol Rover’s FC. Whilst on this course I developed skill's including:

I generally hold a keen interest in keeping fit and exercising. I’ve been an enthusiastic Half
