PERSONAL
I am a driven individual that works well under pressure and enjoys learning new
tasks and skills. I take pride in what I do and work hard to achieve maximum
standards and goals set for me and the team I am working with. I will strive to
complete all tasks assigned to me in a timely and thorough manner. I am a
responsible and trustworthy individual who is willing to do all that I can to meet and
exceed the expectation in any new responsibilities I am going to face. I lived in
Brazil for 1 year and during my time there I took Portuguese lessons, volunteered
coaching soccer and taught English. I also have my Smart Serve Certification.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Sept 2014 – June 2015 Gap Inc. Ottawa, Ontario
As a sales associate I am responsible for interacting with customers and
employees to create a positive and friendly environment. Some of my tasks
that are complete during a shift might include:

May – September 2013 Urban Meadows Ayr, Ontario
During my time at Urban Meadows I assisted them in maintaining all their
customers properties, the tasks to do this include:
! Weed whacking and lawn mowing; sometimes up to 12 hours a day.
! Maintaining the gardens; weeding, cultivating, mulching, and trimming.
July – August 2012 Road Canada Cambridge, Ontario
During my time at Road Canada I assisted them in updating their system, calling
their customers to update information and file new contracts. The tasks I was asked
to complete include:
! Faxing and organized contracts, filing old/new paper work.
! Contacting customers to inform them of the new contract and update all their
information in the new system.

During my time at Tim Horton’s I worked a variety of shifts and was asked to

! I have completed my fourth year at Carleton University majoring in
Sociology and minoring in American Sign Language. I graduated in June
and am excited to begin my new journey.

" Throughout my five years at Monsignor Doyle I have strived to excel in all my
courses. I have pushed hard in my studies in order to maintain a high average. I
