The Charity Gala vision is to advance community
through humanitarian activities and events. The
gala is the culmination of a year-end campaign
that supports humanitarian causes related to
advancing access to education, mentorship
program, environmental initiatives, and meeting
the needs of today’s global grand challenges. The
events and activities of the program support the
efforts of startup, charitable organizations that
align with our vision. The Gala features
philanthropic keynote speakers, celebrity
activists, and honored guests. The call to action
is to raise funds and awareness for the upstart,
philanthropic entrepreneurs. The gala takes
place on the week of Limitless.

The NW SOUL II SOUL MUSIC FESTIVAL, is slated for August of 2011. It is thought that your company or group may have an interest in taking part in this community economic development opportunity. It creates inclusion for those less fortunate to have presented them social service and community enrichment programs established to meet the need of our failing economy. 5. I thought this was a very effective reward. I looked at all the other rewards and
they had the company's standard products, except for this one. The difference
was a t-shirt. I think people liked the extra item, and I think people like something
they can wear to show they participated in the project.

8. I like this pledge because it is really easy and simple for them, but it is impactful to
a business. They get publicity, advertising, and their name associated with
someone doing a social good. I also noticed that they exceeded their money
raised goal, and they had TONS of rewards. There were lots of options people
could choose from. They had big rewards and small ones. They did a good job
with their rewards.

11. This reward needed some work. There was only one reward, which was a
problem. The pledge was for a significant amount of money for pretty much no
reward. I wouldn’t call being a beta tester a reward. They also had a spelling error
in the sentence they used for the reward description. They could have used a little
more work for their rewards.

14. I felt like this pledge could have used work, because the different between the
reward below and above it were pretty much nothing. If you pay a little more, your
name gets bolded. It isn’t much motivation to pledge more. And the pledge for the
“gold website” wasn’t actually posted. This pledge I found was also the one with
the most backers- 2. I think people would back this up more if they received some
memento or product from it. Just a thought!
