nationally known specialty niche commercial lenders and financial advisory firms.
We need an energetic, detail oriented talented credit analyst to join our team and
work from our South Florida Office.
We have been providing businesses and real estate investors with financing since
1989 and are looking for talent to add to our team. We need the right person to
help us meet the demands of our wide customer base. We focus on some niche and
specialty commercial lending products for real estate investors and mid-sized
business. That includes DIP lending, Bridge loans using both real estate and non-real
estate collateral.
Commercial Credit Analyst
The Credit Analyst is responsible for independently producing credit analysis
reports, loan write ups and obtaining financial information from clients. The role
entails analyzing credit and financial reports to determine risk involved with this
transaction. The analysts will also have to learn the credit guidelines of various
secondary market sources, as well communicate with them. Candidate should have
experience in the evaluation of individuals and businesses applying for credit.
Must have analytical skills to review and assess on complex loan relationships.
Ideally the candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the industry. Knowledge
of real estate and lending is helpful.
Responsibilities:
 Review and Analyze the financial statements, prepare credit write-ups and
presentations
 Communicate with borrowers and investors and underwriters to ensure a
smooth process
 Complete loan applications, including credit analyses and summaries of loan
requests, and submit to loan committees for approval.
