Gelt Financial Corporation, GFCIB and Advisors, LLC, DIP Lending, LLC nationally
known specialty niche commercial lender and finance company is looking for an energetic
aggressive talented commercial loan processor/underwriter to add to our team and work
from our Fort Lauderdale Office.
We have been providing businesses and real estate investors with financing since 1989
and are looking for talent to add to our team. We need the right person to help us meet the
demands of our wide customer base. We focus on some niche commercial lending
products for real estate investors and mid sized business. That includes DIP lending,
Bridge loans using both real estate and non real estate collateral.
We are looking for a passionate experienced person part to work in our Fort Lauderdale,
FL. offices, Candidate should be familiar with general commercial guidelines as well as
the reading and spreading of financial statements, tax returns, deal presentation and credit
analysis and write ups.
Candidate will be responsible for review of loan files of potential borrowers and
coordination of getting all documentation, as well as review and analysis of them.
Candidate should be able grasp underwriting guidelines and conditions on numerous loan
programs.
This candidate, should be a self starter and will speaking with both potential clients,
existing clients as well as underwriters and credit committees as part of their daily
functions, the candidate should be highly detailed and organized as well as share a
commitment to customer service that goes way above and beyond the normal. We are
looking for someone very experienced and detail orientated
