banker. We focus on niche and specialized lending products for commercial real estate
investors and business on a nationwide basis. We offer products ranging from Bridge
loans for distressed situations to very competitive commercial loans.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an energetic aggressive talented part time inside commercial loan
officer to add to our team and work from our Boca Raton, Florida Office.
Our Ideal candidate will be expected to have strong communications and follow up skills as
well as a background in lending. We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual with
strong problem solving and organizational skills.
What you will be doing:
You will be working on small balance loans amounts between 100k to 1 Million, Speaking
with and following up with business owners and real estate investors who are interested in
financing. You will prequalify them to see if we can assist them, obtain all information,
present to underwriter and follow thought until closing. Maintain communications and
coordinate with borrowers and underwriters.
