3. Step 1 First measure a rectangle that is 11 cm by 10.7 cm Then divide the 11 cm into sections of 3, 5, and 3 cm Then divide the 10.7 cm into sections of 3, 3, and 4.7 cm This makes a grid Use the compass to make a quarter circle on the top two side squares.
