I will disclose simple shifts you can implement right now to embrace your cravings and release weight. Finally I will reveal the 5D’s to erasing your cravings.
 HOW TO FACE YOUR CRAVINGS Take a deep breath  Drink a big glass of water  Ask: Am I craving more of what I just had? Have I been eating to much yang and not enough yin? What is bugging me? When did I eat last? Are my hormones out of balance?
WHY ASK THESE QUESTIONS? Facing your cravings re-establishes the trust between you and your body.   However, Facing without Embracing is like listening and then walking away. OUCH
EMBRACE YOUR CRAVINGS. Am I craving more of what you just had: Use a Tongue Cleaner Have I been eating too much yin and not enough yang? Eat some foods from the other side. For example: craving more sugar, try having some root vegetables or a piece of fish
EMBRACING YOUR CRAVINGS What is bugging me?  Maybe my craving has nothing to do with food. journal your feelings, it is hard to munch and write at the same time. When was the last time I ate?  When we hit 0 on the hunger scale it seems like another force takes over our bodies.  Do the best you can and take precautions.
EMBRACE YOUR CRAVINGS Are my hormones out of balance? That is a complex question, however, you can also notice if you are having other symptoms such as temperature fluctuations, bloating, aches and irritability. A great way to move towards relief involves eating more leafy greens and hormone free meats and dairy.
