decorations going up, so are the
cases of colds and the flu. If you don’t

giving, focus on these immunity-
boosting tips to keep healthy all
season long.
With the chilly weather getting even colder, the best
thing to bring everyone to the table is warm, soul-
soothing soup or stew. You can make this even
more beneficial though by adding bone broth to the
mix.
