Low power architecture of logic gates using adiabatic techniquesnooriasukmaningtyas
The growing significance of portable systems to limit power consumption in ultra-large-scale-integration chips of very high density, has recently led to rapid and inventive progresses in low-power design. The most effective technique is adiabatic logic circuit design in energy-efficient hardware. This paper presents two adiabatic approaches for the design of low power circuits, modified positive feedback adiabatic logic (modified PFAL) and the other is direct current diode based positive feedback adiabatic logic (DC-DB PFAL). Logic gates are the preliminary components in any digital circuit design. By improving the performance of basic gates, one can improvise the whole system performance. In this paper proposed circuit design of the low power architecture of OR/NOR, AND/NAND, and XOR/XNOR gates are presented using the said approaches and their results are analyzed for powerdissipation, delay, power-delay-product and rise time and compared with the other adiabatic techniques along with the conventional complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) designs reported in the literature. It has been found that the designs with DC-DB PFAL technique outperform with the percentage improvement of 65% for NOR gate and 7% for NAND gate and 34% for XNOR gate over the modified PFAL techniques at 10 MHz respectively.
DEEP LEARNING FOR SMART GRID INTRUSION DETECTION: A HYBRID CNN-LSTM-BASED MODELgerogepatton
As digital technology becomes more deeply embedded in power systems, protecting the communication
networks of Smart Grids (SG) has emerged as a critical concern. Distributed Network Protocol 3 (DNP3)
represents a multi-tiered application layer protocol extensively utilized in Supervisory Control and Data
Acquisition (SCADA)-based smart grids to facilitate real-time data gathering and control functionalities.
Robust Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) are necessary for early threat detection and mitigation because
of the interconnection of these networks, which makes them vulnerable to a variety of cyberattacks. To
solve this issue, this paper develops a hybrid Deep Learning (DL) model specifically designed for intrusion
detection in smart grids. The proposed approach is a combination of the Convolutional Neural Network
(CNN) and the Long-Short-Term Memory algorithms (LSTM). We employed a recent intrusion detection
dataset (DNP3), which focuses on unauthorized commands and Denial of Service (DoS) cyberattacks, to
train and test our model. The results of our experiments show that our CNN-LSTM method is much better
at finding smart grid intrusions than other deep learning algorithms used for classification. In addition,
our proposed approach improves accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score, achieving a high detection
accuracy rate of 99.50%.

2. One of the most important characteristic is Frame. Our frame is designed to be strong and stable with bumps every 5mm which make divider be fixed strongly. As you know, if divider moves
to the one direction or falls down when cable chain moves, cables will be leant to only one side. It means that cables will be placed on one side. If the weight of cables would be focused to
one side and if this condition lasts, side band or frame or some part of cable chain will be broken. Moreover, as the cables are focused, friction of cable will increase, thus, cables will be
damaged easily. However, as you can see, our frame has been designed with bumps every 5mm that make divider be fixed strongly compare to IGUS and Kabelschlepp and other brands. The
most fundamental purpose of cable chain is guaranteeing long life of cables by reducing friction and preventing from broken cable chain during operating for long time. In point of view like
this, therefore, to make sure of long life of cable, our product is better than other.

3. To make sure not to be breakaway from side band during operation, we’ve changed
design of frame from both frame pin type to one hinge type and one frame pin type.
Based on our experience for about 5 yeas, there’s none complaint about broken or
breakaway during operation from customers.

It’s divider. To make sure of long life of cable, divider is one the most important part. If divider installs not to move absolutely, weight of cables will be
dispersed in a balance way. Therefore, it makes sure of long life of cable chain and not to mention cables. And strongly fixed dividers prevent from
broken-frame. If divider doesn’t install right way, every cable chain should be in trouble. So divider is very important fact and divider shouldn’t move
to any directions. Divider designed not to move is good product.
5. Separator pin & Separator(SP)1 2 4 3
It can protect inner cable more efficient and safe with the diverse combination of Divider and Separator. Divider consists of the exclusive use of side
type (S-Type), the adhesive use of roller type (R-Type) and the pin jointing type ( M-Type) and also the twist and damage of inner cable can be
protected especially because this part is designed to use of the fixing pin strongly. The length of separator can be installed from 20 mm to 600 mm
and be cut and used 5 mm apart.

6. By installing T-divider for every link for long frame, it can prevent from
broken-frame when someone step on frame during maintenance or other
work.
It must be installed every link.

Bracket. As you can see, our bracket have 3 directions for fixing. It is possible to fix every direction to machine. And also, from ST072 and nsb045 part, when you
fix bracket to machine, it should be fixed with bolts, steel washer. You can refer next page “allowable safety load table”. As you can review it, there’s no concern
about to disassemble due to clamped bolt weight data. It is not ture that only steel bracket is strong. As you know well, engineering plastic is cheaper than steel
one and it is also strong. It means that when you consider about cost as well, it would be good for you.

9. <Link-Pin Structure>
CPS Chain type was link-pin structure. It had only one
supporting point between side band and side band.
And also, link-pin was worn out after long time and then
used to be breakaway.
Link-pin Type
Inserted bending radius unit(BR) type
We developed BR type to,
1. Improve for long life of cables by making more supporting points.
2. Upgrade more efficient stock management.
3. Be easy maintenance.
4. Save cost.
CPS chain
10. Bending radius unit decides BR Value as inserted into side band of Shift chain. This BR unit causes self-supporting or unsupported length to be long
since it holds 6 supporting points like left picture. Our previous model, pin type model, they have only one or two supporting points between side
band and side band. But, as this BR unit is inserted, there are 6 points. It makes longer self-supporting than before. If you refer to our self-
supporting test report data with our catalogue, you will find out that our self-supporting length is quiet great.
We are definitely sure that this Shift chain is stronger than previous model.
When side bands bended, there are 2 supporting points.
11. <holding-band Structure>
Sabin Chain type was holding-band structure.
It had problem with broken easily due to its
structure.

12. 1. Low noise. It is definitely superior compared to IGUS E6 chain. Our noise value in under 30db. TUV test result shows and proves. Regarding
CR type, we are absolutely superior IGUS E6 chain.
2. There are a little bit different shape of side band between CR and Normal type, if you refer to left picture. As you can see, CR type has long
part like elephant nose. But there’s no this part in Normal and Enclosed type. As making this long part, we designed to decrease friction for
reducing noise and dust. This is one of our main technical fact for nsb cable chain. Even though, N type doesn’t have this, N type has been
designed for enhancing durability side band. Moreover, it is still low noise and low dust. Because of holding pin.
3. This holding pin is produced by CPS Amide material. It is soft. It holds tension between side band and side band. That’s why it makes low
noise. Moreover, it also can be possible to be natural and stable and even fast operation. It means it is suitable for high speed machine.

15. 1. It is very good regarding
low noise, low dust. And it is
absolutely suitable high
speed machine line since it
is very stable. There’s no
problem when applied high
speed line. You can refer
our test report about noise
and high speed line on next
page.
2. And our domestic primary
customers, D-company, H-
Motors company and K-
Motors company is
changing ST chain sliding
type and other brand’s
sliding type to nsb sliding
type. According to them,
the main reason is low noise
and superior stability when
operating. And also one
more main reason is that
nsb sliding is very easy to
assemble and disassemble,
so, they feel convenience
on site.
