As we all knows COVID 19 is a Pandemic that affect more than 176 million people and 3.8 million deaths. In this Pandemic our Frontline workers i.e. Doctors, Nurses and Other Healthcare Staff also suffers emotionally as well as Physically due to more duty hours and overload of work. This Article includes a survey data that was conducted in US by American Nurses Association, To know about the concern and experiences, facing problems during Pandemic by Nursing Staff. In this Article mainly we are focusing on Nursing staff during pandemic situation and how we can encourage them. Miss. As we all knows COVID-19 is a Pandemic that affect more than 176
million people and 3.8 million deaths. In this Pandemic our Frontline
workers i.e. Doctors, Nurses and Other Healthcare Staff also suffers

As we all knows, COVID-19 is a pandemic infection
that affects all over the world very rapidly. COVID-
19 (A Novel Coronavirus) was first identified in 2019
in Wuhan China, but it spreads very fast in all
countries worldwide including India.COVID-19
affects so many people in very few time, mostly those
who all are infected with COVID-19 develops mild to
moderate illness like Fever, Dry cough, Sore throat
etc. but most people recover from this infection with
or without Hospitalization, then who will care for
patients? Obviously our Frontline workers i.e. Our
Doctors, our Nurses and other hospital staff, But why
our Nurses are most defamed and highlighted about
their work negligence in this situation? why they did
not get what respect they deserve? They are working
very hard in their duties whether it was Morning shift,
Evening shift or Night shift but Nurses Always give
her best care to save the life of her patient, even they
did not get proper equipment for providing care to
patients. As a survey was conducted during 20 March
to 10 April 2020 by ANA (American Nurses
Association) the survey includes concerns and
experiences during the pandemic in United States.
According to this survey 74% reported that lack of
Adequate PPE (Personal Protective Equipments) and
more than 85% expressed fear of going to their
workplace. Even though Nurses are facing a lot of
problems during pandemic, also their Mental health
has been affected by COVID situation. If they suffer
too much for us why we are discouraging their work.
We should encourage and support our Nurses in this
pandemic. So, Let us unite and support the Nursing
Profession by encouraging their hard work towards us
instead.

The United States has been actively researching Western medicine and disease prevention. Influenza is a common viral infection that it is widely known can be fatal. Nonetheless, complacency has become common. Not all workplaces and community training centers outside medical facilities properly train employees on the hazards associated with contracting influenza. However, standard training procedures and a wide variety of resources are used to disseminate awareness of seasonal influenza (flu). The United States Centers for Disease Control (CDC) publish morbidity and mortality rates and alert the public to any pandemics. Its estimates of influenza cases are delivered in three age categories: <19 years, 19–64 years, and ≥65 years (CDC, 2010). This study aims to incorporate prevention methods that have not been used to help protect American workers.

Abstract: Background: The ongoing coronavirus pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2/covid-19/novel coronavirus is an acute infectious communicable disease spreading mainly via respiratory, eye, mouth and other possible routes from person to person as well as through contact with infected non living objects. The pandemic has massively increased healthcare systems burden due to high hospitals admission rate, infection rates, morbidity, and mortality. QALY (quality adjusted life years) & DALY (disability adjusted life years) are also important for consideration of impact of this pandemic. The healthcare systems is under constant massive pressure to halt the spread of the novel coronavirus & a huge part of this responsibility is being shouldered by frontline health care workers including doctors, nurses, paramedical workers, ASHAs and Anganwadi services etc. Hence HCWs are inevitably and routinely exposed to the virus hence naturally are at high risk of infection, possible mortality & morbidities. Objectives: The key objective is to find out impact of SARS-CoV-2/Covid-19 Pandemic on Healthcare Workers (HCWs) Mortality & Infections across 36 states & union territories of India. What are the reasons of mortality and morbidity & How to prevent mortality & morbidity of HCWs? Methodology/settings & design (search strategy-Research Methods): Several databases were searched for deaths of HCWs in India between January 2019 and 18th May 2021, including MoHFW website, PUBMED, WHO COVID-19 database, COVID-19 Study Register, and Google scholar. The search terms used were: “healthcare providers /health care workers/nurses- death in India due to COVID-19”, “SARS-CoV-2”, “Coronavirus,” using Google search. Whatever data obtained is tabulated. Results: There is increase in mortality of HCWs in India. The data is not available completely in my search. Beside increased death I have found a lot of controversy and questions raised on the issue of this data. There is lot of discrepancy in data given by Government and other sources. According to the Indian Medical Association, 244 doctors have lost their lives due to Covid in the second wave. Of them, 50 deaths were recorded on Sunday. The highest number of fatalities have been reported from Bihar (69) followed by Uttar Pradesh (34) and Delhi (27) . Conclusion: The government and other agencies should collect and provide the data publicly so that it can be analysed by different sections of researchers to give feedback which will help in making policies helpful to protect HCWs. A large number of medical staffs are infected due to the lack of adequate protection. Currently, the COVID-19 pandemic is growing day by day with lack of essential facilities for treatment. Introduction The rise of Covid 19 had acquired a noteworthy change the normal life of the common people. Largely individuals were limited within their home in a state of quarantine. The situation where people limited to stay in idle stage added with fear of Covid 19 induced major psychological effects in the population.Evidence Acquisition This paper intends to review the psychological impact of COVID 19 and its relationship with uneasiness, anxiety and depression were examined. For this paper more than 10different studies have been reviewed using electronic data base, i.e., Google Scholar, PubMed, Medline, Elsevier, and Science Direct. Result Detailed review of studies pointed Covid 19 and other outbreak impacted the psychological health of population adversely. The psychological effects of anxiety, depression insomnia are found in diverse class of population along with mortalities of Covid 19.Conclusion Along with major morbidity and mortalities of the Covid 19 and other epidemic outbreak situations, psychological issues also need to be addressed with major concern through any proper psychological healing procedures including various traditional medicinal systems. Global Mental Health & Psychiatry Review, Autumn 2020, 1(3): 6-7. his beautifully crafted volume, published in 2018, announces a manifesto for healing a violent world. It is in fact, not one but three manifestos – “Healing a Violent World,” “Healing the Healer,” and “Healing Power of Justice.” Each one is followed by a poem by Marjorie Agosin, ably translated from the Spanish by Celeste Kostopulos-Cooperman. The heart of the matter is these three manifestos which create a humanistic tapestry, compassionately stated, and deeply informed by the science and art of psychiatric medicine, while the tapestry is embroidered with original artwork by Nisha Sajnani and framed by the richly allusive poetry of Marjorie Agosin with a lovely Afterword. Mollica touches on the themes that have animated his career: the trauma story and the wounded healer which were the core of his previous volumes, Healing Invisible Wounds (2006) and Textbook of Global Mental Health: Trauma and Recovery (2012). Each manifesto is rich and nuanced and carries a core message. “Manifesto I” recognizes the trauma around us and the need to heal a violent world. Key notions include the trauma story, the wounded healer, and the need for personal healing or self-care. This Manifesto’s most stirring phrase in my reading is: “Except in beauty, there is no healing. Beauty is the salve and ointment that creates our healing space and healing relationships.” (P.5). “Manifesto II” asserts hope to deal with the enormity of the world’s crises. The key words here are hope and empathy, along with gratitude to the wounded healer. It’s deepest affirmation is this: “Empathy is a biological miracle uniting all living creatures and the planet earth itself.” (P. 14). Manifesto III embraces the healing power of justice. The key here is the foundation of justice in beauty: “Justice is beautiful as it creates harmony and symmetry in the world that resonates with all animals, plants, and people. Injustice is ugly ...” (P. 28). The accompanying essays enrich Mollica’s core message of beauty and caring for others in the healing context of relationships. This is a volume to read slowly, aloud if possible, inspired as it is by poetry and sacred texts; a volume that instructs as it heals; a volume to cherish. It sums up the masterful life and career of a healer, synthesizing the compassionate mission of psychiatric medicine with a paean to justice and beauty. It should not surprise that Mollica has a Master’s degree in Religious Arts from Yale. With its humanistic message and call for healing, Mollica’s Manifesto joins the corpus of devotional literature resonant with Teresa d’Ávila’s The Interior Castle and Ignatius Loyola's Spiritual Exercises.

Assessment of burnout in healthcare professionals amid COVID-19 | IJB 2021

According to WHO latest by April 2nd 2020, it has now become a global threat and also it has become a serious issue in Pakistan with increasing number of active cases every day. Physicians, consultants, paramedics and other staff working in hospitals are at risk due to the emergence of COVID-19 which also is responsible for severe burnout which effects job performance, job satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, and vulnerability to illnesses. This research aims at finding the burnout in healthcare professionals of Karachi, Pakistan due to the current situation of COV-19 pandemic. We carried out a cross-sectional study in the tertiary care hospitals of Karachi, Pakistan from Feb’2020 – Apr’ 2020 in which the questionnaire based on Malsch burnout inventory were distributed amongst the healthcare professionals including doctors and paramedics, working in the departments of emergency, COVID special units and others. A scoring system of 1-4 was applied (strongly disagree-strongly agree). The results showed that highest burnout was faced by healthcare professionals in the category of depersonalization and personal accomplishment amid Covid-19 while the association between the burnout and the demographic factors mentioned was also found to be significant. The challenges faced by the healthcare professionals because this pandemic showed lack of presence of personal protective equipment and fear to spread infection to be as the biggest challenges. The study concluded that the current pandemic situation of COVID-19 has particularly associated with the burnout and stress amongst our health care professionals who are working on the frontline.

On 11 Mar 2020, the WHO declared the outbreak a global pandemic. In times of an epidemic, people tend to experience fear of getting infected with the virus disease resulting in anxiety, stress, and depression, etc. The present study was a cross sectional survey with a convenience sampling technique. Data were collected through electronic means. Link to the survey was posted on various social media platforms and circulated through emails and instant messaging applications and data was collected by using Depression Anxiety Stress Scale DASS 21 . it was found that the overall DASS mean score of participants with positive history of corona virus disease was significantly higher than those with negative history. In depression subscale, anxiety subscale and stress subscale the mean score of depression subscale, anxiety subscale and stress subscale was significantly higher in participants with positive history of corona virus disease than those with negative history. Anxiety is natural response to any stressful situation. Pandemic can trigger the level of stress and anxiety among people. Present study attempted to assess the level of anxiety among adult in the Indian population during COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. On line survey was conducted with structured questionnaire, a total of 374 responses were received. Non-probability snowball sampling was adopted to collect the data. The anxiety level identified in this study was moderate to mild level. More than 58% had mild level of anxiety and 14% had severe anxiety. 28% of them expressed moderate amount of anxiety. It shows that there is need to create awareness and address the psychological problems during COVID- 19 pandemic lockdown.

Objective To assess the knowledge, attitude and practice toward coronavirus disease COVID 19 Background The World Health Organization declared COVID 19 as a pandemic on the 11th of March 2020 and declared as a global health emergency. Since then, many efforts are being carried out to control the rapid spread of the ongoing COVID 19 epidemic in India. The control measures COVID 19 is affected by their knowledge, attitudes, and practices KAP towards COVID 19. Knowledge attitude and practice of people should be directed towards strict preventive practices in order to prevents the spread of the virus. Materials and Methods The aim of the current electronic cross sectional study is to assess the knowledge, attitude and practice among selected rural community. Structured questionnaire was created in the google forms, the link was generated and distributed among the people though email and other media to participate in the survey. A total 153 subject was enrolled through convenient sampling technique. Collected data was analysed using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results Majority of participant 91.50 were having the adequate information regarding the covid 19 and most of participants, 52.28 were got the information from multimedia included television, radio and newspaper regarding COVID 19. About 52.28 participants were the aware about the online training program by the government .Among 153 participants, 115 had adequate knowledge, 23 had moderately adequate and 15 had inadequate knowledge. Most 75.16 of the participants had adequate knowledge, in 15.03 moderately adequate and in 9.80 inadequate knowledge found regarding prevention of COVID 19. The mean knowledge score was 15.54 with standard deviation of 2.93. Most of the 102 66.66 had most favourable attitude, 31 20.26 had favourable and 20 13.07 had unfavourable attitude . The mean attitude score was 34.76 with standard deviation of 2.86.Majority of the participants, 129 had good practice, 20 had average practice and 4 had bad practice . Most 84.31 of the participants had good practice, in 13.07 average practice and in 2.61 bad practice found regarding prevention of COVID 19. The mean practice score was 25.2 with standard deviation of 2.56. Introduction In 2019, the whole World faced with the great challenges in the health due to the epic outbreak of novel Corona virus. World Health Organization WHO declared the Corona virus as the global health emergency on January 30, 2020. The Covid 19 vaccine are widely created for their role in reducing the spread of Covid 19 and reducing the severity and death caused by Covid 19. People’s perception toward vaccine acceptance have fluctuated with the information flow in various social medias and the severity of COVID 19 cases. This study aimed to assess the level of knowledge and attitude about Covid 19 vaccine among the community people. Methods Quantitative approach with descriptive research design was adopted for the present study. Two hundred 200 adults aged 20 60 years from Angarpada and Mahul residence in Khordha District, Odisha were selected purposively. Adults who gave their consent and were present during the data collection period were included in the study. Pregnant woman and the people have systemic diseases were excluded from the study. The tools used to collect the data were 1. Socio demographic questionnaire, 2. Knowledge questionnaire to assess the Covid 19 vaccination and 3. Attitude scale to assess the attitude on Covid 19 vaccine. The data was analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results Vaccination status of the adults living in the Khordha district shows that 83 of people vaccinated for COVID 19. Level of knowledge on covid19 vaccine shows that more than half of the people 52.5 had poor knowledge. Highest percentage of adults 47.5 had neutral attitude. The mean knowledge score is 10±3.59 and mean attitude score is 92.38±6.54. There was a very weak positive correlation r = 0.176, p = 0.096 found between the knowledge and attitude. Conclusion The study results indicates that most of the community people are having adequate knowledge and having neutral attitude towards the Covid 19 vaccination. It shows that awareness is needed on the importance of vaccination. Dr. B. Background and Objective Telehealth has become a well known tool for the delivery of health care in Saudi Arabia, and the perspective and knowledge of healthcare providers are influential in the implementation, adoption and advancement of the method. This systematic review was conducted to examine the current literature base regarding telehealth and the related healthcare professional perspective and knowledge in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Materials and Methods This systematic review was conducted by searching 7 databases including, MEDLINE, CINHAL, Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, PsycINFO, and ProQuest Central. Studies on healthcare practitioners telehealth knowledge and perspectives published in English in Saudi Arabia from 2000 to 2023 were included. Boland directed this comprehensive review. The researchers examined each connected study using the AXIS tool, which evaluates cross sectional systematic reviews. Narrative synthesis was used to summarise and convey the data. Results Out of 1840 search results, 10 studies were included. Positive outlook and limited knowledge among providers were seen across trials. Healthcare professionals like telehealth for its ability to improve quality, access, and delivery, save time and money, and be successful. Age, gender, occupation, and work experience also affect health workers knowledge. In Saudi Arabia, healthcare professionals face inadequate expert assistance, patient privacy, internet connection concerns, lack of training courses, lack of telehealth understanding, and high costs while performing telemedicine. Conclusions Healthcare practitioners telehealth perceptions and knowledge were examined in this systematic study. Its collection of concerned experts different personal attitudes and expertise would help enhance telehealths implementation in Saudi Arabia, develop its healthcare delivery alternative, and eliminate frequent problems. This research investigates the nexus between online discussions on Dr. B.R. Ambedkars ideals and their impact on social inclusion among college students in Gurugram, Haryana. Surveying 240 students from 12 government colleges, findings indicate that 65 actively engage in online discussions, with 80 demonstrating moderate to high awareness of Ambedkars ideals. Statistically significant correlations reveal that higher online engagement correlates with increased awareness p 0.05 and perceived social inclusion. Variations across colleges and a notable effect of college type on perceived social inclusion highlight the influence of contextual factors. This study investigated the impact of educational background and professional training on human rights awareness among secondary school teachers in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra, India. The Role of Mentoring and Its Influence on the Effectiveness of the Teaching ...

This paper reports on a study which was conducted to investigate the role of mentoring and its influence on the effectiveness of the teaching of Physics in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. The study adopted the convergent parallel mixed methods design, focusing on respondents in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected, analysed separately, and the results were compared to see if the findings confirm or disconfirm each other. The quantitative analysis found that majority of the respondents 72 of Physics teachers affirmed that they had more experienced colleagues as mentors to help build their confidence, improve their teaching, and help them improve their effectiveness and efficiency in guiding learners’ achievements. Only 28 of the respondents disagreed with these statements. With majority respondents 72 agreeing with the statements, it implies that in most secondary schools, experienced Physics teachers act as mentors to build teachers’ confidence in teaching and improving students’ learning. The interview qualitative data analysis summarized how secondary school Principals use meetings with mentors and mentees to promote mentorship in the school milieu. This has helped strengthen teachers’ classroom practices in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. With the results confirming each other, the study recommends that mentoring should focus on helping teachers employ social interactions and instructional practices feedback and clarity in teaching that have direct measurable impact on students’ learning achievements. This study primarily focuses on the design of a high side buck converter using an Arduino microcontroller. The converter is specifically intended for use in DC DC applications, particularly in standalone solar PV systems where the PV output voltage exceeds the load or battery voltage. To evaluate the performance of the converter, simulation experiments are conducted using Proteus Software. These simulations provide insights into the input and output voltages, currents, powers, and efficiency under different state of charge SoC conditions of a 12V,70Ah rechargeable lead acid battery. Additionally, the hardware design of the converter is implemented, and practical data is collected through operation, monitoring, and recording. By comparing the simulation results with the practical results, the efficiency and performance of the designed converter are assessed. The findings indicate that while the buck converter is suitable for practical use in standalone PV systems, its efficiency is compromised due to a lower output current. Energy becomes sustainable if it meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Some of the definitions of sustainable energy include the considerations of environmental aspects such as greenhouse gas emissions, social, and economic aspects such as energy poverty. Generally far more sustainable than fossil fuel are renewable energy sources such as wind, hydroelectric power, solar, and geothermal energy sources. Worthy of note is that some renewable energy projects, like the clearing of forests to produce biofuels, can cause severe environmental damage. The sustainability of nuclear power which is a low carbon source is highly debated because of concerns about radioactive waste, nuclear proliferation, and accidents. The switching from coal to natural gas has environmental benefits, including a lower climate impact, but could lead to delay in switching to more sustainable options. “Carbon capture and storage” can be built into power plants to remove the carbon dioxide CO2 emissions, but this technology is expensive and has rarely been implemented. Leading non renewable energy sources around the world is fossil fuels, coal, petroleum, and natural gas. Nuclear energy is usually considered another non renewable energy source, although nuclear energy itself is a renewable energy source, but the material used in nuclear power plants is not. The conceptual guidelines are meant to improve the quality and harmonization of geospatial data and to aid decision making processes as well as geospatial information systems. The established comprehensive executive regulations will govern and regulate the implementation of the Sudan Survey Geomatics Act in all surveying and mapping practices undertaken by the Sudan Survey Authority SSA and state local survey departments for public or private sector organizations. The targeted standards and specifications include the reference frame, projection, coordinate systems, and the guidelines and specifications that must be followed in the field of survey work, processes, and mapping products. In the last few decades, there has been a growing awareness of the importance of geomatics activities and measurements on the Earths surface in space and time, together with observing and mapping the changes. In such cases, data must be captured promptly, standardized, and obtained with more accuracy and specified in much detail. The paper will also highlight the current situation in Sudan, the degree to which survey standards are used, the problems encountered, and the errors that arise from not using the standards and survey specifications. The discussions between ellipsoid and geoid have invoked many researchers during the recent decades, especially during the GNSS technology era, which had witnessed a great deal of development but still geoid undulation requires more investigations. To figure out a solution for Sudans local geoid, this research has tried to intake the possibility of determining the geoid model by following two approaches, gravimetric and geometrical geoid model determination, by making use of GNSS leveling benchmarks at Khartoum state. The Benchmarks are well distributed in the study area, in which, the horizontal coordinates and the height above the ellipsoid have been observed by GNSS while orthometric heights were carried out using precise leveling. The Global Geopotential Model GGM represented in EGM2008 has been exploited to figure out the geoid undulation at the benchmarks in the study area. This is followed by a fitting process, that has been done to suit the geoid undulation data which has been computed using GNSS leveling data and geoid undulation inspired by the EGM2008. Two geoid surfaces were created after the fitting process to ensure that they are identical and both of them could be counted for getting the same geoid undulation with an acceptable accuracy. In this respect, statistical operation played an important role in ensuring the consistency and integrity of the model by applying cross validation techniques splitting the data into training and testing datasets for building the geoid model and testing its eligibility. The geometrical solution for geoid undulation computation has been utilized by applying straightforward equations that facilitate the calculation of the geoid undulation directly through applying statistical techniques for the GNSS leveling data of the study area to get the common equation parameters values that could be utilized to calculate geoid undulation of any position in the study area within the claimed accuracy. Both systems were checked and proved eligible to be used within the study area with acceptable accuracy which may contribute to solving the geoid undulation problem in the Khartoum area, and be further generalized to determine the geoid model over the entire country, and this could be considered in the future, for regional and continental geoid model. Sudan is witnessing an acceleration in the processes of development and transformation in the performance of government institutions to raise the productivity and investment efficiency of the government sector. The development plans and investment opportunities have focused on achieving national goals in various sectors. This paper aims to illuminate the path to the future and provide geospatial data and information to develop the investment climate and environment for all sized businesses, and to bridge the development gap between the Sudan states. The Sudan Survey Authority SSA is the main advisor to the Sudan Government in conducting surveying, mappings, designing, and developing systems related to geospatial data and information. In recent years, SSA made a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Investment to activate Geospatial Information for Sudans Sustainable Investment and in particular, for the preparation and implementation of the Sudan investment map, based on the directives and objectives of the Ministry of Investment MI in Sudan. The COVID 19 pandemic has highlighted the crucial need of preventive measures, with widespread use of face masks being a key method for slowing the viruss spread. This research investigates face mask identification using deep learning as a technological solution to be reducing the risk of coronavirus transmission. The proposed method uses state of the art convolutional neural networks CNNs and transfer learning to automatically recognize persons who are not wearing masks in a variety of circumstances.
