I am an experienced Apprenticeship Liaison Officer looking for a new opportunity and enclose my
CV for your review. I have a detailed understanding of the Apprenticeship programme within a
variety of different vocational areas. My responsibilities were to manage a caseload of 100
learners, to assess, track and monitor their progress throughout the duration of the
Apprenticeship to ensure completion. I also work to increase sales through employer
engagement activities and maximise opportunities for the College using my exceptional
communication skills and commercial awareness.
I have a professional, motivational approach and I am proactive whilst sharing best practice with
my colleagues.
One of my key achievements which highlights the nature of my work is that I was nominated and
received an award for my ‘Outstanding Learning Support’ to students through our College ‘Star
Award’. This was for the hard work, passion and support I provided to the Apprenticeship
programme which was demonstrated through the increasing success rates and satisfaction from
both the Apprentices and Employers I work with.
I continue to develop myself professionally and have recently achieved a ‘Development Centre
one course; this is an in house course that can only be undertaken when put forward by your
Manager.
