Current work as Data officer with NEOC
for polio eradication initiative
 Gathering information and data (Pre-campaign, reported administration coverage, Intra-
campaign data, post campaign, PPT, PTT and cross border) form all districts prior, during
and after each campaign (NIDs, SNIDs, SIADs, LPDs and case response immunization
activities).
 Checking validity, completeness and accuracy of data.
 Entering compiling, analyzing, displaying analyzed data on map presenting and cross-
checking of whole district data in province reporting formats and shbmit in on the same day
to the provincial polio coordination unit, the regional and national EOC.
 Preparing the regular provincial summary report for local and health authorities.
