experience in NGO’s. I have been worked as a field officer at Première Urgence - Aide
Médicale Internationale (PU-AMI) I have been Achieving Rapid Household Assessment
(RHA) through Home visits, distribution of sealing-off Kits (SOK), cash assistance and any
new activities such as NFI’s, participate in the identification of vulnerable population,
coordinate with program and M & E teams, Establishing good relations with local CBOs
and focal point to get a clear and sufficient understanding about the community. Although,
I worked at Save the Children – Jordan as nutrition assistant I have been promotes
nutrition programs. After that I worked with Norwegian refugee council (NRC) as Senior

This is founded by DFID
General Responsibilities:
1. Assist in development and oversight of daily activities and assist in implementing Child
protection activities.
2. Work & collaborate with M&E to ensure timely collection and reporting of all data required
from the field.
3. Ensure timely delivery and availability of program supplies.
4. Assist & work with program managers and logistic teams to come together and develop and
update procurement plans for each location
5. Assist and work with the relevant program and logistics officers and ensure timely preparation
and implementation of realistic monthly cash projections linked to work and procurement plans
6. Ensure all resources and supplies are received, stored and dispatched in accordance with
IMC’s procedures and are used judiciously for their intended purposes.
7. Ensure relevant program guidelines, manuals; forms, posters, etc. are available in each of the
work places (i.e. PSEA materials, IMC service guides, protection guidelines).
8. Employment, contract renewal and terminations for each employee is done timely and in
accordance with the applicable laws and regulations
9 .Appropriate and timely leave plans are developed and implemented for each employee
10 .Familiarizing employees with the applicable HR laws and policies
11. Familiarizing new employees/consultants r on PSEA and regular refresher/training for
existing staff as per the policy.
12. Staff attendance sheets are completed and time sheets are submitted to the HR department in
Amman timely.
13. Work closely with the program team and actively liaising with other departments
14. Ensure IMC work places are safe, clean, healthy, well organized and meet IMC’s safety
standard
15. Ensure our work places comply with all visibility related matters per respective donor
guidelines

17. Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within

Ensure relevant program guidelines, manuals; forms, posters, etc. are available in each of the work places (i.e. PSEA materials, IMC service guides, protection guidelines). 8. Employment, contract renewal and terminations for each employee is done timely and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations 9 .Appropriate and timely leave plans are developed and implemented for each employee 10 .Familiarizing employees with the applicable HR laws and policies 11. Familiarizing new employees/consultants r on PSEA and regular refresher/training for existing staff as per the policy. 12. Staff attendance sheets are completed and time sheets are submitted to the HR department in Amman timely. 13. Work closely with the program team and actively liaising with other departments 14. Ensure IMC work places are safe, clean, healthy, well organized and meet IMC’s safety standard 15. Ensure our work places comply with all visibility related matters per respective donor guidelines 16. Ensure that staffs and volunteers adhere to the IMC code of conducts in the execution of their duties and responsibilities. 17. Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within International Medical Corps and amongst beneficiaries served by International Medical Corps. 18. Prepare the volunteers monthly stipends sheets and ensure timely submission to finance department. 19. Maintaining assets records in all locations.
