Career Objective:
To utilize my knowledge and experiences to improve “Sustainable development goals” through
community work & human resource management.
Career Overview:
• More than 13 Years’ experience in public health program (WHO & SM net.) and become
succeed to eradicate POLIO from INDIA.
• Key competencies in networking and Liaisoning with Government and Private sectors,
planning and implementation of activities, internal and external linkages, budget handling
and disbursement, documentation, capacity building, interpersonal communication, project
monitoring and implementation, BCC, advocacy, working on high risk groups (Nomads,
Slum dwellers, Brick kilns labor, Construction workers and Underserved Communities)
Current Employment:
Presently I am working in capacity of District MobilizationCoordinator (DMC) for Core Group Polio
Project funded by USAID managed by CORE-PCI in District Moradabad from Nov.-2007 to Oct.2014 and
Nov.-2014 to till date in District Sambhal.
Job Responsibilities
• To facilitate district team and management of block team, Make sure to provide all type support to
BMCs &CMCs.
• To plan proposals and budget for the activities and training and conduct these.
• Participate in the coordination meetings along with SMNET, DHNSTC, RIO and Wash
Consultant to share activity update, monitoring feedback and field constraints for consultative
strategic planning and actions
• Coordinate through the District Magistrate with ICDS, Education, PRI, Development department and
other Government & Non-government organization for mobilizing their support to Polio Eradication
and Routine Immunization.
• Support the District Team in developing, implementing and monitoring district social mobilization
plan, including CORE, UNICEF and partners supported activities for Polio Eradication and Routine
Immunization.
• Provide direct qualitative feedback form service providers and community members to CMO and
WHO/NPSP on efficiency of social mobilization strategy and promptly report/address rumours
adverse events, and communication related issues and concerns.
• Facilitate district social mobilization working group meeting at the district level under the leadership
of CMO and DIO
• Support to finalize HRAs and arrange manpower as per program need.
• Support to conduct all arrangement and management trainings for capacity building of CMCs and
BMCs.
• Social mobilization to generate demand among underserved community towards OPV through various
SM activities like Health camps, Influencers meetings, Interface meetings, Mothers meetings, rally,
Street play etc.
• OPV advocacy through Minority community’s religious institutions in HRAs.
• Mass mobilization and support at every level to increase RI coverage in HRAs.
• To develop PPI implementation plan with DM, CMO, WHO & SM Net
• Capacity building of District/Block as well as community level staff.
• Liaisoning with Administration, Health department and other partner agencies.
• Preparation of project proposals on health issues.
• Supervise SIAs and RI activities in supportive way and analyze the data at various level.
• Reporting and ensuring regular visits on AFP cases in HRAs
Major Achievements:-
• INDIA got Polio free certificate on 27th
March 2014.
• Attended the event of Honorable President and Prime Minister of India at Talkatora stadium on 11th
Feb 2014.
• Participated in Mr. Amitabh Bachhan’s program at Thayagraj stadium on 27 July 2014.
• Active Involvement in State level training program as a Master Trainer for Trainers in CORE-
INDIA.
• Active participation in a successful worldwide study (IPV Trial Study 2009) upon infants in
Moradabad under the guideline of CDC, WHO, UNICEF & CORE-SM Net.Community ownership
increased and there is negligible vaccine avoidance behavior left in Moradabad.
• Active member of Emergency Response Team trained by CORE-USAID & worked actively in
West Bengal for final battle of Polio eradication in India.
• Played main role in a study upon mother and newborn care by PCI International team in district
Moradabad named “ASHA-LINK” during 2013-2014.
• Underserved community has owned this CGPP program and in whole district only a few resistant
families are left.
• Involvement of stake holders increased in a big way.
• Got the trophy by influencer’s team for community awareness program on 12th
November 2014.
• Attended SBCC UNICEF workshop of Master trainers at New Delhi 28 March-16 to 1 April-16

• Data analysis of SIA & RI.
• Support during rounds in Booth and house to house activities and motivate the influencers in XR
conversion.
