This course covers the fundamental concepts and principles of curriculum development and the teacher's role in planning, implementing, and evaluating school curriculum changes. It aims to analyze changing curriculum concepts and demonstrate understanding of curriculum design fundamentals. Students will describe the teacher's important roles as curricularists in curriculum development processes and strategies. They will also design a miniature curriculum. The course topics are divided into prelims, midterm, and finals sections and cover areas like curriculum foundations, approaches, development models, implementation, evaluation, and reforms.
