Fashion is a lifestyle, not merely a job. This position is ideal for me because I enjoy
being able to introduce people into new fashion as well as learning about their story of
where they are going. The knowledge I have will be an asset in understanding the client
and aiding them with the COS ready to wear selection. I have mastered the ability to
satisfy clients’ needs for their particular shape, size and personality.
During my last time of employment, I was given selling goals. I not only met the
challenge but at times I exceeded them, as well as that was my first time building a
client base with men. I am familiar with luxury products because of my last term of
employment. That store, Saks Fifth Avenue is similar to Barney’s of New York and
Harrods of London. It is high-end and filled with top designer, modern, trendy and
professional clothing.
Working in that fast paced environment prepared me to work with demanding clients of
diverse backgrounds in age, ethnicity and sex. Having traveled through Europe, some
China and North Africa, I understand how style varies from culture to culture which
gives me a real world approach to fashion for the client. Being a fashion stylist is
something I love to do. Successfully, I was able to sell more than ready to wear, I also
sold jewelry, menswear, shoes, purses and other accessories.
In this evolving world with e-retail, I am media savvy having sold to clients via Instagram
and Facetime. After noting trends, I made my own opinion with look books that I created
for them according to their style and closet built with me.
My resume is a reflection of my diverse past, work ethic. I have an open mind, and I am
a fast learner and always willing to try something new. I am confident with my focus and
conviction regarding the importance of personal values and ethics I can be an asset to
the team. Currently I am enrolled in French courses in order to service various clients.
My skill set seems like an ideal match the position you have available. I have a lot of
experience and would more. I understand you are looking for a student maybe for the
holiday season, I am interested in this position. This position needs a person to
