Type of Business
Ours is a garment retail store that caters to the needs and demands of the contemporary woman. We manufacture our products. Our brand specializes in clothing for all body types that a woman could have. From pear to apple and from hourglass to petite. For different body shapes please visit to www.totalfitness4transformation.com
We, in our store have clothes that will suit them all. Also we have all women employees in our organization, from manufacturing to sales.
We have different sections in our store catering to each body type. These sections have tops and bottoms that will look good on the person having that particular body type, along with suiting prints and color co-ordinates.
The inspiration for this idea came from watching the girls and women, in colleges, markets, on the streets and everywhere around us. They are not aware of their body types, and therefore wear clothes that enhances their ugliness in physic instead of beauty. A tight fitted lycra t-shirt hardly suits a person having an apple shaped figure and similarly short t-shirts with low waist jeans doesn’t appeal on a woman with a pear shaped body.

•Benefits will be given to the customers in terms of discounts on occasions like Valentine’s Day, women’s day and also special discounts to the member.
•Discounts on a minimum purchase of $100 which increases with the amount purchased.
Weaknesses:
•It is a new brand in the market and so it might take time to gain people’s trust and to become popular.
•Training of the workforce is required

Ever since high school I have always taken leadership roles, and always proactively volunteered
to take managerial and organizational responsibilities. Thus, through various academic, extra-
curricular and community related activities, I have been subconsciously honing my
management abilities. By learning how to lead teams effectively and motivating each team-
member to perform to the best of their capabilities, I have sharpened my leadership skills. By
organizing events in college and completing all tasks within strict timelines, I have developed
my organizational abilities. I am now keen to pursue a formal degree in the field of Innovation
Management and Entrepreneurship to further sharpen my existing skill set and prepare myself
for the much more challenging managerial and entrepreneurial roles that I aspire to take on in
my future career.
Pursuing the Bachelor of Commerce, Honours degree at the University of Delhi, I have taken
several academic courses in fields of management, business studies, accounting and finance,
economics and marketing strategies. My undergraduate studies have thus given me a concrete
base for research and study in Management and other managerial courses. Apart from
academics, I have also utilized my college years to participate in extra-curricular activities that
have allowed me to lead teams and manage varied responsibilities and entrepreneurial
activities. As a senior member of the debating team of our college, I have led my team to win
debating contests at the inter-varsity level. I also helped to manage the organisation of the
Guru-Shishya Debate held at our university. My leadership skills have also helped me at the
sports field, wherein as the Vice-Captain of the Cricket team of the university, I have often
devised strategies, team-tactics and sporting plans allowing us to outsmart the competition and
win coveted sporting trophies.
I have also grabbed every opportunity to engage myself in meaningful academic projects,
learning opportunities at international universities, and industry internships to gain a pragmatic
and more holistic perspective of the field of business management. By pursuing a summer
school at London School of Economics, I interacted with business students from all parts of
world and worked collaboratively with them to complete academic assignments and projects.
This stint gave my managerial learning a much needed international perspective.
In 2015, I pursued a summer internship with a telecommunications company where I assisted
the managerial team in formulating new advertising plans to help grow the flagship brand and
make innovative changes in the marketing strategy for the brand. The subsequent summer I
worked with another reputed business organization where I worked with clients and team
managers to find novel solutions for their business problems. The most rewarding of my
internships was during the summer of.

1. Dear recruiting team,
I am writing to apply for the Buyer Assistant position, as my goal is to pursue a successful career within the buying
department of the leading lifestyle brand working worldwide, which spreads energy, passion and dedication.
The first reason for which I applied to the role is because I feel identified with brand values and philosophy. My dream is
to work within a team formed by highly creative and effective professionals with different backgrounds and cultures,
helping each other to raise projects we all believe in. Since 2006 I live and breathe fashion every single day. I have
good eye for trend forecasting and I manage to anticipate consumer response to trends (See Rebranding to Gen Y of
consumers thesis, 2013). On the other hand, I believe, this might be the best place for me to grow with no limits,
interchanging skills and further develop my experience within the fashion industry.
Due to my fashion designer background I learned how to efficiently multitask (see ESDI - BCN, 2006 and fashion
designer 2006-2013) and became very organised, while at the same time I developed strong analytical skills due to my
marketing and Buying and Merchandising studies and experiences (LCF - UAL 2011,2013 and London 2013-2015). The
same way, I excited and I am knowledgeable about buying operations such as style, range creation and collection
development processes.
On the other hand, I feel confident with calculation of margins, mark-ups, buying prices, profits, size ratios and stock
allocations. I am also a computer literate, (from design programs to excel) and being able to interpret figures from WSSI
reports. I have also a great exposure to fashion and textile design and history, and thus I am aware of production
elements such as fabric compositions, costs, finishing techniques, sewing techniques, and other skills associated to
fashion designers, such as sketching and “moodboard-ing”.
I always try to think out of the box, to find different ways of doing and propose new ideas (See www.moorbi.com as
assistant buyer and marketing assistant, 2014). Additionally, with the time I have acquired the ability to think smart,
under pressure, and meeting deadlines within a fast-paced working environment.
The exposure I had in sales and marketing developed my empathetic personality and made me become into a great
communicator and a good “win-win” negotiator. I have experience, and love to work with and drive teams with
motivation, spreading our passion, vision and ethic values.
My petition in this letter is thus, to be given the opportunity to further develop a successful career within the buying
office. From my side, I promise dedication, compromise, motivation and an insatiable mind for learning any skills or
languages, willing to succeed together with a pioneer and leading team.
Thank you very much; I will be looking forward an opportunity to further explain why I think I am the perfect candidate for
your team.
Yours faithfully,
Paula G. Ferrer
