 Daily defect analysis and plan to remove customer complaints.
 Process audit as per plan.

 Collect process quality data & analysis to reduce the line rejection.
 Take corrective and preventive action by analyzing the root cause through why-2 analysis.

 Timely providing training to workers and supervisors about product defects and how to resolve/reduce the same.

MURI).
 Monitoring Process to analysis defect via 7QC like (PARETO GRAPH, HISTOGRAM, ISHIKAWA
DIAGRAM….) tools or using Why-2 Analysis for improvement.
 Knowledge of PPAP Document.

2.  Corrective and preventive action to prevent re-occurrence of defects.
 To Assisting in Preparation of Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA).
 In-Process Quality control.
 To Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) taken on the basis of Rejection Analysis.
 Maintaining the Documents.
 Process Inspection on the daily basis.
 Responsible for first board article approval for new board and give further suggestions to production engineer
regarding any development.
 Responsible for quality control of incoming products.

supplier in case of any Non Conformances
