Who is Customer ?
I. Customer is someone who regularly
purchase from a store or company .
II. In other words Customer is that person or
institution that makes a demand for your
products or services offering .
what is Loyalty ?
I. your feelings of support towards someone,
or products and services is called Loyalty .
II. Or loyalty is intrinsic commitment of brand
that based on the benefits and value it
provides for customers.
• For example My
loyalty to my university come before
anything else.
What is Customer Loyalty ?
• Customer loyalty describes the tendency of a
Customer to choose products or services over
another.
• Though Customer loyalty becomes evident
when choices are made and actions are taken
by Customers .

companies try to create in the mind of their
