This document presents a project proposal for the construction of 3 blocks girls hostel near SSC for 200 students at IB&M UET Lahore. The total area is 3112.5 sq ft and each block will have 10 rooms, 5 washrooms, a kitchen, and mess hall on 3 floors. The total material cost is Rs. 1,33,05,510 and employee benefits are Rs. 28,35,000. The proposed construction time is 1 year, 4 months and 2 days.
