Students at Mina National High School conducted a survey of 50 classmates about their preferences for basketball, volleyball, and badminton. They then created a Venn diagram to categorize the results and developed word problems based on the data. The Venn diagram showed that 13 students preferred basketball only, 6 preferred volleyball only, and 12 preferred badminton only. It also showed overlap between the activities, such as 3 students who liked both basketball and volleyball. From this, they were able to answer questions about the number of students in various categories.
