Through our easy-to-use secure web service, care providers can deliver regular,
proactive, family-directed status updates to the entire family through the
Internet, by email and text messages sent to their cell phones.

Provider Log In Screen


1) Login to see who is due for an update -
the provider chooses their weekly and twice- weekly “Connect days”


2) Click on the resident’s name to access individual account


3) Review the previous updates as needed -
click on the appropriate update result for each family-selected wellness metric and add
any additional comments

Quick Connect


4) OR – at anytime send a “Quick Connect” message to the family’s cell phone
or email address – instantly.


5) Click “Save and Send” – That’s It !
- the update will automatically be posted to the family’s secure site and sent to all
approved family members.


6) Update will be posted to family’s secure web page – email account – or sent as a
text message to their cell phone.


Email receipt of recent update – with link to Family’s secure web site.


Print Updates Feature –
Updates can be printed out and distributed to appropriate staff to provide initial updates -
results can be reviewed and posted later.


The Metrics -Family or Provider chooses up to 10 “metrics” to be updated on.
