A. A brief overview of the company and its products.
   Our company is the hamburger shop.
   It is built in University of Aizu.
   Our work is making a hamburger, and
   delivery a hamburger and so on.
   All the materials use the thing from Japan.
   We make it since it is ordered to have you
   eat a newly made thing.
   Our aim is to make our shop chain stores of
   the whole country.


B. How is one of the products created or used?
 First,fly the Potato in oil and wait for one minute.
 put the Potato up.
 Next,season a potato with little salt.
 Finally,put a potato in a container.




   C. How does a person (customer or employee) decide what to
      do (what to make or what to buy)?
About the employee, how to decide what to make is to
 answer the demand of the visitor or to change it by a season.


About the customer , how to decide what to buy is to
 choose the thing in season of the season or to
 choose the thing which I asked whether I am delicious.



   D. How are the products packaged?
The products packaged paper.




E. Is there a training program to teach employees or customers
about the product? (How to use it or how to make it?)
Is there any extra support available for employees or customers if they need it?
Answer : Yes, we are.

We have a support line with the sponsor.

We need the guide multi-lingual because
there are many foreigner in the University of Aizu.
F. Is there any extra support available for employees or
customers if they need it? For example, is there a help line? Is
there a FAQ (frequently asked questions)? Is your guide multi-
lingual?
Yes, Our company is had training program to
teach employees or customers about the product.

For example,
We teach a way of the waiting on customers.
We teach that how to use various appliances.
We train a smile and greetings.




G. How can employees or customers contact human sources of
help?
there are many ways to contact human source of help.
for example,
:We use the cell-phone which give from company
 and the address of all employees and human
 sources of help is stored.

:We e-mail it with a PC
