This document contains a questionnaire for evaluating competencies using a 5-point rating scale. It lists 10 competencies and asks the respondent to rate their performance on each using the scale. The competencies include developing people, values and ethics, communication, resolving conflict, interpersonal understanding, achievement orientation, initiative, influencing/motivation, developing others, and managing change. For each competency there are 1-3 descriptive statements that provide more details about what is being rated.

In writing about your research when you have completed the project you need an explanation of your methodology so that others can understand the significance of what you have done and make sense of how it all worked. The methodology piece says why you did what you did. It also enables you to write about what you did not do and why, and about the weaknesses or limitations of your project as well as its strengths. Every research has a limitation of some sort and it is perfectly acceptable to identify the weaknesses of your own study.
Another year has passed of both challenge and achievement for the Pentecostal Credit Union. As we entered the final year of our current strategic planning cycle (PCU Business Plan 2014-2017), we have continued to raise the bar of expectations for achievement at the PCU and we are happy to announce that these initiatives are bearing fruit.
